Last week East Street Early Years Manager Theresa Baker successfully hiked to the summit of Mount Snowdon in a sponsored challenge to raise money for East Street Early Years and the Grimsbury Family Association.
At 1,085m above sea level, Snowdon is the highest mountain in England and Wales. Theresa and her team walked up the Miners’ Track and came down the Llanberis Path, a 13.5 mile route that took 10 hours to complete.
Theresa said it was the hardest thing she’d ever done – and everyone at East Street is very proud of her achievement! If you’d like to sponsor her, there’s still time to donate – just pop into the office or speak to a member of the Early Years team.
