What are you ages of admittance?
We accept children from three months to five years of age

What are your hours of opening?
Monday to Fridays 8:00am to 6:00pm

The setting is open for 51 weeks of the year. It is closed for statutory bank holidays and one week of shutdown in December. No charges apply when the setting is closed.

Do fees include food?
No, dependant on what sessions you book, fees do not include a light breakfast, and  light tea. although morning and   afternoon snacks are provided along with free milk. If your child attends during the lunch period you will need to provide a packed lunch for them.

We offer a variety of session times as outlined on our registration form.

When do fees have to be paid?
Fees must be paid for in full by the last working day of the calendar month for which the invoice applies.  If your child is ill or on holiday the fees are still applicable.

Should you fail to pay your nursery fees your child’s place may be suspended and ultimately terminated and depts. will be referred to a dept. collection agency.

What if my child is sick?
Please notify the setting on 01295 257100 if your child is unwell and unable to attend their booked session.

If your child becomes ill whilst in our care or has an accident (other than minor bumps or grazes etc.) we will contact you to come and collect him/her.  It is important, therefore, that you inform us of any changes to your personal circumstances or contact details.

What if it’s something contagious?
If your child develops an infection (i.e. chicken pox, measles etc.) they should not attend nursery until they are clear of infection.

What happens with bumps and bruises?
All our staff are trained in paediatric first aid.  Any minor accidents (cuts, bruises, bumps etc.) will be treated by a member of staff. We will then notify you when you collect your child.
